I hold a Master's degree in Psychology, am a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and have spent more than 15 years studying mental health, emotional well-being, personal growth, and human behavior.

My passion is creating supportive spaces where women can navigate life's transitions with greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace. Through sound healing, mindfulness, educational resources, and reflective practices, I help women reconnect with themselves and cultivate emotional well-being from the inside out.

I created Keep Moving Forward – Breakup Recovery Cards to be a supportive companion on your journey—something to turn to when you need guidance, comfort, or a gentle nudge forward. These cards are divided into key areas, each designed to help you heal in different ways:

  • When your emotions feel like too much, these cards will help you calm your nervous system, ground yourself, and regain a sense of balance. Simple yet powerful exercises will guide you through moments of overwhelm.

  • Healing starts with the essentials: self-compassion, setting boundaries, leaning on your support system, and prioritizing your well-being. These cards remind you that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
